We turn your ideas into projects that are then made into objects.
Thanks to our large format 3D printing system, we added a very valuable asset to our modelling and prototyping department. This technology allows us to combine technology, creative passion and the needs of companies and individuals who wish their ideas are quickly turned into reality. What they aim at is being able to check the features of their products and/or solutions and try their strength and efficacy on the market. This technology allows us to turn a project into reality even faster, from its digital modelling all the way to its construction.

The EXPOMOVE Prototype
The EXPOMOVE prototype aims at developing a new and innovative line of POP tools for shops that have a strong communicative impact and can be strategically placed inside the shop. The POP tools are characterized by movement, sound and light effects, and the shop personnel does not have to attend to them for them to work.
The EXPOMOVE tools do not have to be plugged in or be placed under direct sunlight, since they are equipped with a battery-operated system that controls their movement, jingles and light effects. This is a very low energy consumption system that is able to keep working 24h/day for up to six months, the system is fully autonomous and staff does not need to attend to it.
End of the project:
This prototype has been developed for test area.
Prototyping techniques:
3D printing, CNC laser, W.J.
The ECODRONE Prototype
The ECODRONE project aims at controlling and mapping those areas that might be subjected to environmental pollution by instrumental monitoring and sampling of liquids, soil and air.
ECODRONE is a VTOL AUMAV vehicle (VTOL = Vertical Take Off and Landing, AUMAV = Autonomous Unmanned Mini Aerial Vehicle), characterized by vertical take off and semi-automatic guidance. This is a very useful tool to inspect those areas that are difficult to reach or that may be dangerous for the workers' health (polluted areas). This vehicle is able to sample polluting agents that may be found in the soil and air surrounding industrial plants (chimney stacks), ECODRONE is also able to land on liquid surfaces close to industrial and civil drainage pipes and collect samples to be analysed. The GPS system creates a detailed map of each sampling.

3D printing, CNC laser, W.J.
The SECURDRONE Prototype
The SECURDRONE project aims at monitoring and controlling those restricted areas (industrial, military and institutional sites) which people might trespass onto, by using a dynamic instrumental monitoring system.
The SECURDRONE is a VTOL AUMAV vehicle (VTOL = Vertical Take Off and Landing, AUMAV = Autonomous Unmanned Mini Aerial Vehicle), characterized by vertical take off and semi-automatic guidance. This is a very useful tool to inspect large areas, such as industrial, military and institutional areas. It is able to record ultra HD videos and it is equipped with a thermal infrared camera which can detect any trespasser that may be inside the restricted area thanks to the detection of heat signatures, even if it is completely dark or the weather is misty.
The vehicle can be remotely guided or can follow pre-set patrol routes. At the end of each mission, SECURDRONE flies back to its charging station.

3D printing, CNC laser, W.J.
The CONNECT1 Prototype
CONNECT1 is a work helmet that has been designed to allow operators to share their work scenario in real time with the experts at the technical centre in order to coordinate, tackle and solve any problem that may arise. A camera has been embedded into the visor, it has a central position and is aligned with the point of view of the operator, who can send images of the area where they are working.
The laser tracking system connected to the camera is extremely effective and thanks to a control knob, the operator can align the laser tracker and their point of view.
Connect1 is equipped with a very powerful projector that allows the experts at the technical centre to send slides, video manuals or any other video or audio information concerning the work that is being done in real time.
This system allows the operator to be guided by any communication tool while executing any activity.
End of the project:
This prototype has been developed for the validation test.
Prototyping techniques:
3D printing.
The HELICSOUND LAMP Prototype
The HELICSOUND LAMP is a high-tech development of the lighting project inspired by the work of Ramón Valls. It combines a refined lighting design and a very advanced audio system which connects through wireless to smartphones, tablets or any other Bluetooth® device.
These new possibilities suggest new ways of interpreting people's life space by means of solutions that are developed to be used at home, in public areas, at the office and on the outside.
End of the project:
This prototype has been developed for technical tests.

The K. GRCIC's CHAIR ONE Prototype
The KONSTANTIN GRCIC's CHAIR ONE project has been developed by extrusion and by using isotactic polypropylene (PP-H) and aluminium inserts.
End of the project:
This prototype has been developed for functional tests.
Prototyping techniques:
